It's a somber day in the sporting world. First Taylor died, and now, fallen is the man behind the fluid that Taylor, and every other athlete have been swallowing since its creation in 1965.That's right, Gatorade inventor Robert Cade died at 80 from *electrolight-induced* kidney failure. So long Bob and thanks for concocting the only sugary beverage our Mom's ever encouraged us to drink.
Here's to a lemon-lime showering of the man's casket before he enters the earth. Cheers.
